Prints
- Two prints in ‘Set Subject’ and two prints in ‘Open’ may be entered in a competition.
- Prints must be mounted (minimum size A4; maximum 40 x 50cm), but may not be framed, or mounted under glass.
- Prints may be commercially printed.
- The name of the photographer, and the title of the print must be written on the reverse side of the print, possibly showing an arrow for ‘which side up’.
Slides
- Two slides in ‘Set Subject’ and two slides in ‘Open’ may be entered in competition.
- Slides must be brought to Steve in time for him to note them on his ‘projected images’ sheet, and should then be placed in the slide tray next to the projector.
- Slides must be ‘spotted’ (a dot in the bottom left-hand corner when the slide is the ‘right-side up’; then turn it around and write the title at the top, and your name at the bottom. Place the slide in the tray with the dot in the top right-hand corner.

Slides and digital images may not be mixed.
No more than two images may be submitted for evaluation evenings. These may be any combination of prints, slides and digital images that you choose.
It is very important that members who bring prints and/or slides to a competition or evaluation evening, arrive with time in hand for their entries to be submitted.
