Many years ago JJ van Heerden gave a short presentation at a club meeting, giving some thoughts on how images could be judged. I thought that I had lost the notes he gave us as a handout but someone recently gave me a copy so thought it worth posting here so that it doesn’t get lost again.
Please realise that these are not definitive guidelines, just suggestions and since then some of our members have attended JAP (Judging Accreditation Programme) training where they learned other ways of evaluating images.
